So much work has been put into this dream for the last six weeks and it's time to say goodbye... Not to our Entré-Konnect but to the Side Hustle Internship Bootcamp. We'll keep the light shining on ensuring that this brand serves millions of Africans in the near future. For now, let's go through the final tasks.

LAST SET OF DELIVERABLES

Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Launch end-to-end marketing strategy created last week. Complete work on the proposal to investors.

Challenges: The launch is still a work in progress.

Where We're At: Started our launch strategy. Here's a little peek.

Graphic Design: Design infographic flyers according to content provided by the digital marketing team, for social media. Work on launch flyers.

Where We're At: Created one last design for the Content Team.

Product Design (UI/UX): Work with the Developers to ensure 100% compliance with the design. Improve the design where necessary.

Challenges: We are still designing screens in desktop view. Work has been started partially on tablet view but it's slow because the only other active member's health.

Where We're At: My team (Me, myself and I) have managed to complete majority of the screens for each feature. Adjustments and readjustment are being made as we get better insight and inspiration.

Product Management: Manage and monitor the task management dashboard, and update tasks across all sub-teams. PM Team lead should take reports from PMs assigned to each sub-team. Daily stand-ups should continue. Strongly note that you are to deliver an MVP for launching this week.

Where We're At: We basically monitored the team's progress and that of the product and did an update of the JIRA board.

Video Animation: Create video content for social media and launch purposes. Work in compliance with the brand guide in terms of colors, fonts, etc.

Challenges: Last week was really busy at my work place. As a result, a lot of work could not be done on the animation.

Where We're At: We (I alone of course) were able to come up with a script for a bomb video for the brand launch. The animation is being developed at the moment. We'll give you a little snippet...

Quality Assurance: Carry out test cases according to the flow. End-to-end testing of the prototype from Wednesday.

Challenges: Work was slowed down this past week because we did not receive any live product to test.

Where We're At: Our work can only continue when a new build on the site is dropped. Thank you ❤️

Frontend Development: Complete Implementation of the UI design to 100% by Wednesday. Ensure 100% compliance to design. Implement all feedback from testing by QA and PM.

Challenges: We still have a lot of pages to code.

Where We're At: We have been able to build the landing page, onboarding page, login page, welcome page, and the signup page. Corrections were given concerning these pages, and those corrections are currently being worked on.

Data Analytics: Complete work on the reporting dashboard using endpoints from the backend developers. For Teams without (and with) BE - Work on Marketing Campaign Performance Analysis of competitive products in your industry.

Challenges: None was recorded.

Where We're At: The team had a meeting to discuss, after which we decided that the line chart used to answer a business question was not the right visuals. So it was changed to a bar chart. Also, an extra chart was introduced to further represent the customer avatar.
