NEXT DELIVERABLES

• Digital Marketing and Content Creation: Continue uploading content according to the content calendar and the social media strategy. Create an end-to-end marketing plan for your startup, to launch full scale in 4 weeks! Ensure 100 users sign up with their emails on the landing page created by the FE (drive traffic).

• Graphic Design: Design flyers according to content provided by the digital marketing team, for social media.

• Product Design (UI/UX): 100% Completion of UI Design by the end of the week.

• Video Animation: Work with the content team and create a video showing the main features of your product and why it should be used. Work in compliance to the brand guide in terms of colors, fonts, etc.

• Data Analytics: Start building a reporting dashboard using endpoints from the backend developers.

CHALLENGES & IMPROVEMENTS

We're learning much more how to work together like a well-oiled machine. We're building trust, reliability and apathy that looks like all covering for one and this has made all the difference.
